Together we'll go through a full assessment of your current nutrition habits and we will come up with a behavioral modification plan AND sample meal plan for you to follow in order to reach your goals. Together, we'll unlock the best way for you to lose weight. You'll receive a healthy weekly diet plan and tips on how to prepare healthy snacks.

Together we'll examine your current exercise habits and daily activity. I'll create an exercise plan just for you. We will discuss your cardiorespiratory and your resistance training goals, as well as your overall physique goals.

Can't make it to the gym but still want someone to help you with motivation and exercise technique? Then virtual sessions may be a good option for you. Online personal training sessions are available! These sessions are conducted via Zoom.

Want to lose weight, but just not sure how? I'll create a nutrition and fitness plan for you based on your goals.
