After an initial assessment you will receive access to an app which will allow you to access the daily menu that I create, which is customized to your lifestyle and goals, you will also receive the exercise plan that I design for you based on your goals with a daily schedule and access to videos to demonstrate each exercise. Workouts are tailored to not only your goals, but the availability of equipment, current exercise habits etc.
I will be available to help you via email, text message, or our chat-interface (depending on your plan, formal check-ins vary from daily to bi-weekly). Regardless of your plan, you can reach out anytime with questions or simply if you are in need of support.
